Cons
With the ability to travel for work, you are required to be "activated" as and when required. Meaning you will be expected to cancel your planned vacations if required. No compensation for holidays on Saturday. Poor HR or even no HR in the office. Poor welfare in the office, we buy our own cakes to give colleagues.
