Pros
SOME of the people will be nice to your face, but as soon as you turn around most of them will stab you in the back
Cons
There is no training program set up, you basically sit next to your lead and they show you what they remember and you take notes on what they do. They provide no opportunity for growth (unless you live on the same street as the director), they only promote their friends, and they will do things like dig through your trash or grab things off of you desk in order to try to find something for you to be in trouble for. The management promotes in-fighting and back stabbing, and they will actively try to get you to roll on other people on your team. The atmosphere is oppressive. It just really isn't a good place to work. No redeeming qualities... just bad.
