Pay is horrible, office is dirty and cluttered, CEO is unprofessional, morale and energy is super low from top to bottom, business seems like it is barely making it with no plans for innovations, everything is old (technology, computers, software, etc), the skills you pick up here will get you nowhere, and there is no structure, they're just taking it day by day.
