No flexibility in schedules or any work life balance. A clock in on time/or early start, but leave after a 9-10 hr work day culture.

- Friendly coworkers - CEO is very supportive - If you happen to work under a senior who’s willing to teach you, this is a good place to work for. - Half days on Fridays

- If you are just starting as a designer, this may or may not be a good place to learn. There are some seniors who will be willing to guide and teach you, but there are also some seniors who doesn’t have the patience to do the same thing including the department manager.
