      Pros

      Very fast moving company. A lot of different projects. They do a lot of things in house that others outsource. So in addition to traditional consulting and strategy services, they employ designers and developers to execute many of their solutions that are tech oriented. Startup feel to the company, with very little stress.

      Cons

      Company is developing, so sometimes people wear multiple hats. But that is a pro as well.
