Terrible place to work - Client Services Executive LPL Employee Review

False advertisement of the role, there was no progression for the months I worked there despite being told I would be advancing after 12 weeks. The tasks done on a daily basis are not in line with how the job is advertised and well below the standard that a paralegal should be doing. The structure was confusing and constantly changing with promises of improvement but never actually actioned. A lot of us left around the same time due to, but not exclusive to, the reasons stated above. I tried to raise these concerns with the HR team upon leaving but they were swept under the carpet. The salaries are all well below the industry's average.
