Pros

None. This is truly the most awful, bait-and-switch company I have ever had the displeasure of working for.

Cons

Everything. Management is comprised of the CEO's family and cronies, none of whom know what they are doing. Management won't meet with staff, more work duties are added on a regular basis without any review or incentive. The unlimited PTO policy is actually limited, and even though you are permitted 10 days per quarter, you're likely only going to get 5 days off at most. Staff learns everything at the same time as the agents, so there's no way to prepare for what initiative the CEO has decided upon next. The benefits are absolute garbage, no reviews granted, and teams are severely understaffed. The CEO is clearly in over his head and is just trying to IPO, sell, and make a quick buck. The CEO is wildly out of touch, hosting Monday Motivationals on private jets, while on a ski vacation, or as his pool boy cleans through the window behind him. The amount of money spent, and even lost (yes, actually unaccounted for) is sickening. I truly wish I had one good thing to say about this company. Some staff members are tethered to a decade old desktop computer that barely works, so if you lose electricity, you can't work or get paid. The hourly pay schedule is bonkers and deposits are often late. I've never seen a company so determined to sew discontent internally, and they hate it when you point out flaws.

Pros

This is mostly a remote company.

Cons

There is a lack of foundational business and real estate knowledge at the executive level here. The internal strife and poor strategic decision-making make for a highly unstable environment. Good talent is consistently leaving due to a toxic employee culture and a complete lack of appreciation.
