For someone just starting in the field this is a good place to get started, new schedule.

Some coworkers and management, work life balance.

All of the clinicians were great. Very motivated and compassionate people who truly care for their clients. Very collaborative work environment-- I could always count on someone to help me out/provide inspiration. Flexible work schedule. Very supportive and knowledgeable management.

Like always, sometimes the work in this field can be difficult and emotionally taxing. However, practicing self-care and communicating with colleagues makes the sometimes heavy material manageable.
