I am not sure if I am the first outsourced employee of LREI but I am very proud to tell you that I have been here the longest of all outsourced employees they have. The management has given me a rare kind of trust. Something you would treasure and would never break. Despite the distance, I have been given so much trust to handle important tasks in operation such as leasing, eviction, etc. When the pandemic started, I was anxious about losing my job because almost all industries suffered from the economic effects of Covid 19. Not only that they kept me, but they also changed my employment status from contractual to a full-time employee of LREI. It was such a generous and thoughtful act from LREI. We have quite a few tools and we change tools and applications from time to time. We of course just want to improve our service. You just have to keep up with these changes.
