Pros

- The teams within each branch as usually tight knit. - Clear progression structure.

Cons

I worked for LRG before all the additional teams and processes were added. There is now a real disconnect between processes and procedures, and getting a straight answer from another team is near impossible which in return causes complaints and push back from clients. Rather than cutting off processes and creating specific teams for them, offer more thorough training and safeguarding measures to ensure things are done as they should be.
