      Great company to work for - Lettings Manager LRG Employee Review

      Pros

      You feel valued. Hard work does not go unnoticed and is rewarded. Does not feel like a typical corporate company. Staff welfare appears to be important.

      Cons

      It can be difficult at times to get things processed quickly as there is no flexibility with processes. Working until 6pm is tough and this does not seem to be uniform across the company, same with Saturday hours, some branch open hours are longer than others which is unfair.

      It help me a lot during my student years I was earning
