      Pros

      What used to be a family bussiness is no longer. If you aren't a woman in the cliche then you have no hope. Part of fire and rehire.

      Cons

      Misindrist as they come Over worked with no thanks. A company that does not focus on achievement or work but who you know and have sex with at the top
