Pros

Supportive and down-to-earth community Great social Life Supportive in pursuing other avenues of work Like-minded, diverse colleagues Think it might be luck of the draw but the branch I work in is absolutely top class. If you get it right, it's the most rewarding place you can find yourself. A community which encourages you to achieve your best but not in a job-threatening way. I've had some pretty shocking jobs but as long as the team you work in is ideal then it's easy-breezy. Never feels like a chore to get out of bed in the morning. Top branch manager, top colleagues, top wages (when it goes right).
