Pros

Work life balance at it's best, great management and support in place to develop your career with LRG. I have been with the company, coming up to 16 years and I love coming into work!

Cons

I have no negatives, anything that used to be a negative, is now a positive, we used to work Saturdays from 9-5pm, it is now 9-1pm.
