Pros

- Company car - time out of the office on viewings - great relationships with customers - end of year awards ceremony for good performance (so long as your lets are not stolen)

Cons

- Gaslit into thinking im the problem (toxic environment) - long hours with lack of compensation - rude higher ups - unprofessional management - lack of properties meant i always got the blame for low commission for the team - micromanaged to death - lack of career progression opportunities - false promises (plenty of gaslighting) - destroyed my confidence in the workplace - worked alot more confident when it was just me in the office on my own, without all the micromanagement - made me depressed
