Pros
- team based work (multi-family, single family, corporate, planning, etc) so it's easy to find your niche - diverse employee knowledge from interior designers to city planners to contractors - HR really cares about employees and does what it can to keep people pleased
Cons
- Depending on the principal you work with, you can be in a more relaxed environment or not. I moved from my first team to a different one and it made a WORLD of difference in my overtime and the overall attitude. - They get a lot of big client jobs which require a lot of stressful deadlines. If you don't work well under pressure (me), this can be difficult.
