Pros

The only pro is remote working

Cons

They employ managers who are not skilled in management and have no genuine desire to support their people. They care about the bottom line only. Politics and negative team dynamics are allowed to continue and only those who play the game succeed. Toxic, boys club environment and sadly even in this day and age, very toxic place for women. Look at their gender pay gap report.

Pros

I come to work every day excited to work with an amazing set of colleagues, an impressive set of clients and brands, and I'm proud of the solutions we provide to our clients to help them manage their risks - from ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Cybersecurity, Food Safety, and QHSE just to name a few. Being part of the LRQA team means every employee has a voice, every idea is welcome, and collaboration is key. If you're a driven professional looking to make a difference, focused on delivering results, with high energy who is proactive, thrives while working at pace, and excited to work with an amazing team, LRQA is a great organization to work for.

Cons

Work-life balance is encouraged but can be a challenge because we have so much to achieve. Ultimately, it is up to each individual to set and stick to their working hours.
