Lack of training and support in a hostile environment - Article Clerk LSG Integrated Registered Auditors Employee Review

There is no actual training. You are left to struggle and ask other clerks who are just as confused. Management is rude with a know it all attitude and wont provide guidance. They require clerks to work a year in bookkeeping then move to audit to ease the staff turnover problems they have in audit. Ur basically a spare until someone leaves. The focus is making money for the company not upskilling u and helping u on ur career path. Hostile environment. None of the trainees are happy.
