Good benefits and numerous employee wellness activities throughout the year that they use to try and lure in potential candidates in the first place. Nice clean and modern campus / buildings to work in.
Cons
Oh boy where do I even begin. To start, this is a family company and I mean FAMILY company - 1/2 of the employees here are either direct family members, or friends of the family. The owner and his sons are some of the most unprofessional, arrogant, egotistical people I've ever met in my entire life; dealing with them on a regular basis will make any reasonable person very quickly lose their sanity. The leadership group is an absolute joke and will attempt to control every aspect of you as an employee, for example just today they banned all headphones and music campus wide without citing any legitimate reason other than wanting their employees to come in and be slaves for them 8 hours a day. The easiest way I can describe it is that this place legit hates their employees and does not view them as real people. Oh and don't even get me started on the public broadcast emails company-wide any time a person leaves the company or is fired, which is at a minimum weekly (never seen higher turnover anywhere like this before).
