Everyone is super friendly, ready to help. Were able to work with my schedule. Everyone comes in ready to work and get started on the day.

I cannot think of any cons.

The company works hard to do whatever they can for their employees. If you are a hard working person and friendly you will fit in here. They do a lot to help out the community and have managers accessible if you have any questions. They also offer opportunities to advance to new positions and learn more about the business. They have also recently moved to a new building in Niles IL. The outlook for the company is good and you can rest assured that if you work hard you will have a secure job for a very long time.

People have said some negative things about the company and that is because instead of working during the day they choose to sit around and do nothing. Don't listen to the disgruntled employees that are saying negative things. They are just angry because they couldn't get away with getting paid to not work.
