      Pros

      I said to my boss at my last review that it almost doesn't seem right to have such so much fun and get paid for it too. One of the best places I have ever worked in my several decades of work experience. Management is employee friendly and yet very good at keeping the company successful.

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit warm in the shop area in summer.

      Pros

      LSP Technologies is in the middle of a time of exciting growth and change. A good percentage of the staff has been hired within the last 3 years. Benefits have been majorly upgraded in 2018 and the flexible work schedule allows for a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Constantly changing work environment, hard to keep up with all of the changes at times
