The company takes care of their employees and actively cares about them. The whole company acts and feels like one big family. They promote from within frequently. They encourage healthy lifestyles in their employees through wellness programs. They offer snacks, drinks, and do fun activities frequently - such as company barbecues, sending employees to soccer games, sponsoring company sports teams, and silly days at work like Beach Day or Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast day.
Cons
Aggressive deadlines. Communication is lacking between departments at times, but that is getting significantly better with shifts in management and new communication tools.
