They would support you with your chartership and, if willing to do so, promote you to higher levels of responsibility relatively quickly. Exposure to different disciplines. Flexible hours. Good pay. Friendly atmosphere. I worked ther for 6 years and I would recommend it.

It's located outside London. Easy to access by car (gated car park for employees), but I didn't have a car those days. There are a couple of train stops about 10 min walk from the office. Both stations are on the Southern railway. If you are living in London you may want to be close to a particular area or station to make your commute easier.
