If you are serious about your career, steer far away. Although the idea of family business is endearing, in practice it equates to an unqualified, ignorant, and nepo C-suite and upper management group who makes poor decisions that directly and negatively impact the lives of their hardworking employees. LAY-OFFS are part of the business strategy here and if you're lucky enough to be kept, forget about any raises or promotions. Also enjoy using dated technology that will slow down your work exponentially and make menial tasks into daunting projects. The caliber of people working here are content to be middle of the road at best so again, if you're serious about moving forward professionally, this is not the company you want to keep. Can't stress enough...STAY AWAY.
