Bonuses are company performance contingent based. leadership makes the numbers based on ROI calcs for all the cool stuff they do for you, but lumps all groups that creates healthy competition. Here’s the problem bonus payout doesn’t reflect the division and is contingent even if your team kicks butt. *however keep in mind in 26 years, they only did not pay out in 1 year and the year prior we still got 7% and the fact not everyone gives bonuses.
