Pros

None that I experienced. I never got past the pre-interview paperwork stage.

Cons

Pre-interview requirement to sign a mandatory arbitration agreement (waiving jury trial and class/collective actions) and a broad name/likeness/IP release just to be considered. My application was removed when I declined to sign those two documents. This approach feels overly aggressive and not candidate-friendly.

Joined Recently. Not sure about pros. May be security there due to having big fishes in the pond.

Cons

Slow, Hierarchical. People hardly talk to each other. Found very hard to clear expense claim
