      Good Office and Hybrid mode is very helpful

      Cons

      No project only girls get the project I was joined LTI with other 500 employe as of my knowledge all girls I know get project and no boys get project and all layoff

      Joined Recently. Not sure about pros. May be security there due to having big fishes in the pond.

      Cons

      Slow, Hierarchical. People hardly talk to each other. Found very hard to clear expense claim
