Pros
Building is great. Has a very nice gym inside the building which is free. Has creche and day care. The infrastructure is good. Pay is good. 3 days WFO a week for a minimum of 6 hrs and you can choose your days.
Cons
Zero to worst hikes. Lots of sudden random changes to the company policies without informing. Very bad support from management / HR.
