Pros
I worked in Salesforce domain in a support project. And it was very great experience because I got to work with best team who would be there to help us, allow to take holidays. Encouraged to take Certifications in order to increase our career growth.
Cons
Management is not good. LTI doesn't have track of all Employees, management never clears Employee doubts/queries.
