Full time Job - Engineer LU-VE Group Employee Review

They claim that they are a big well established company in Europe and worldwide but not in USA at all

There is no planning or coordination between the teams. The company in a small city out of nowhere They didn't provide travel compensation upfront and there is no services at this city at all to facilitate my relocation to there After 10 days of straggling and starting to pay down payment for apartment and dealing on buying a car, The regional manger found out that he was not involved in the recruiting position that match and he doesn't now my Visa type and he is not okay with it and i cannot work with them any more Without any consideration for he money and effort that i lost for relocation to this remote place. In a very rude unprofessional way. I was not that sad about what happened because they also do not have training plan and i spent a week doing nothing

1. On time Salary and Due

1. Politics by senior managers 2. No Encouragement and appreciation for good work 3. 6 Days strict working hours, although there is a different timing and workings for sales team, they work for 5 days in a week as per Group guidelines but Indian entity is just regid on the 6 days working culture where group requries only 5 days workings
