Pros

Working at LUDWIG+ has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The energy here is contagious. It’s a creative environment where ideas are valued, collaboration is encouraged, and you feel inspired to bring your best work every day. The client roster is impressive and diverse, which keeps things exciting and offers constant opportunities to learn and grow. The leadership team truly invests in employees with a clear path for growth and development across departments. Benefits are strong and thoughtfully designed, supporting both work and life balance. Overall, LUDWIG+ is a place where talented, driven people come together to create meaningful work. I’ve grown a lot here and genuinely enjoy being part of the team.

Cons

Honestly, no major cons to note. Like any fast-paced agency, things can move quickly, but that’s part of what keeps it exciting and rewarding.

Pros

Really grateful to work with the team at L+. I’m really excited about the clients I work on. I’m learning a lot (even after many years in the business) the clients I work on are game changers which makes writing for them very inspiring. The team is top tier.

Cons

No real cons. Always wish I could have more time but that’s more of an industry issue.

Pros

My experience here is nothing short of mentally abusive. While the CEO will occasionally shower employees with gifts and perks, it felt like a classic case of "love-bombing" – a manipulative tactic designed to mask the underlying toxicity of the work environment.

Cons

The culture is riddled with mind games that leave you feeling anxious and undermined. Instead of encouragement, you're met with subtle manipulation that twists your self-esteem and makes you doubt your abilities. There’s constant pressure to perform under unrealistic expectations, and any sign of stress or weakness is met with passive-aggressive comments rather than support.
