I couldn't find even a single pros of this company.

This company is having horrible managers. It seems illiterate people are trying to manage this company. Their aim is to somehow deduct salary of their employees. And the most important thing is that all the 5 star reviews that you are seeing are actually given by the manager of this company only. I know this because they had created an account in my name when I joined the company and they rated their own company on my behalf.
