Pros
LUKOIL Overseas was one of best companies in Russia and CIS, largest private Oil&Gas company focused on international projects. Good benefits, trying hard to retain and develop employees. Not bad management processes and culture.
Cons
LUKOIL Overseas exists no more. I was completely acquired by mother company and renamed to LUKOIL International. Salary were cut by 30%, TOP managers terminated, management aren't professional. Its not international company anymore. Culture is terrible, employees are not valued.
