Pros
LUMS provide good place not only for study but also to work here. Challenging tasks polished your skills. Everyone is dedicated to it to work. All colleagues are supportive and provide guidance. IT department is always active to provide services and facilitate inter-departments and students with latest technologies. Basic employee benefits are provided.
Cons
HR department is bit slow but all are co-operative. Attendance is strict and morning timing are very early . Promotions are unexpected not fully transparent. No certifications and trainings offer .
