This place is toxic, stuck in the past, and has horrible management. Most people don't even last six months here. There are barely any women. Everything, and i mean EVERYTHING, is done on paper, like it is the 1970s! When you walk through the office, it is dead silent. No one talks or has fun. You are constantly micromanaged and people are encouraged to tattle on each other. You always feel like you're being watched and can't trust people. The union in the machine shop is treated like they are outcasts and are looked down upon. I was never allowed to make any positive changes or contribute anything to this company. I was always bored and had nothing to do. One Manager in particular constantly talks down about current and former employees. Truly avoid this company at all costs!
