- Company has poor communication, your out in the field yourself. - Family owned company that is only worried about their own interest & not yours as a representative. - Pay structure is below for all that you put into for the company. - Training isn't the best. You, have training for laser, punch press, press brakes. How do you expect sales rep to be successful if you have training on a product 3 months later?
