nothing good about the Dior beauty part of the organisation
Cons
Bad management. Managers put too much pressure on their direct reports. They only steer on number of phonecalls. All reports you write about the handling of a call are checked and the amount of call is monitored. Too much micromanagement. As if the employees are prisoners that have to be guarded from minute tot minute. You get 3 minutes to handle a customer call en then you have to go on to the next complaining customer. HR is kissing the feet of the management so you have nowhere to adress your problems. Salary is very low. You can hardly get by on that.
