Dim lighting in open plan workspace. I had a desk in the corner of the building, doesn't receive sunlight at all even though there is a window. Working condition is clean but lighting sometimes affect productivity.

Lwk provides good work environment , fairly large scale project, design orientated.

lWK ShenZhen office require a lot of overtime working. Some times no weekend.
