Great team atmosphere. Smallish staff quickly get to know each other. Input at senior level. Efficient HR despite small size.
Cons
Job security issues (compulsory redundancies in 2016, not the first time as company in long-term decline, recent turnaround not shared by spun-off brands with service contracts). Last-minute short-notice changes to marketing selections.
