      Great people to work with in the showroom. Reasonable hours. Reasonable conditions. A quality product to offer customers.

      Cons

      Management would make bizarre decisions. Thinly-veiled favouritism in the way certain managers would treat stores/certain staff i.e. not applying the same expectations across the organisation.
