In the art department, we are given the creative freedom to do what we do best and are highly valued for our creative skills that bring the vision to a message. The company gives semi-annual bonuses and is extremely generous with time-off, paid vacation, and flexibility with schedule.

The company works with a lot of interesting clients that align with the company's values, making the work way more satisfying. We often get to work with creatives and artists, mostly artists that reflect the communities that clients are seeking to uplift, in an ethical way (fair compensation, cultural competency). There is a lot of flexibility at the company, as long as the work gets done, and when there is capacity. There is an incredible amount of combined experience and skills at the company. When challenges arise, there is an authentic investment in identifying solutions and moving forward with those.

It's a pretty small team.
