I really like working with LaSalle. I work with Kate and she is really nice and helpful. I took several years off of work to be at home with my child. When coming back into the working world, I decided to start with a staffing company. They welcomed me in, they found me a job that fit what I wanted to do and close to the pay I asked for.
Cons
There was a slight hiccup with direct deposit paperwork. I turned it in and somehow it got lost so I had to wait longer then I would have liked to get my direct deposit instead of a check. Also, the pay is ok, not stellar.

Thanks for your review. We're glad you have enjoyed working with Kate on your assignment. Thank you for your feedback on training - we actually hosted an excel class last year, and may host another this year.
If you dedicate the time and grow your client relationships, you have uncapped opportunity to make a decent amount of money. It's a very what you put in you will get out environment. The goals are clear of what you need to hit which is something I like. The people at LaSalle are overall inclusive and easy to get to know. Everyone reaches out very quickly to help set you up for success, take you to lunch and make you feel welcome. Recruiters and sales have a solid relationship overall and work well as partners.
Cons
Your weeks can be up or down and if you aren't highly organized and consistent with strong mental toughness, sales will just be a battle from the start. There is also a ramp up period if you don't come from the industry already that takes time and can be frustrating in the beginning.
