Pros

Hands down the best reasons to work at LaSalle are the people and the work ethic. No matter the client opportunity, big or small, everyone in the company will rally on ideas, discuss strategy, be there to sit next to you and dial out....the mentality is that we are one company and we succeed together. Every one from our front office staff, producers and back office understand it takes each of us to deliver to our candidates and clients. You don't work here if you don't have an "all in" attitude and it is beyond motivating to work and thrive in a culture like this.

Cons

If I had anything to put out there I would.

Pros

Working with their recruiter, Rachel Holmes was absolutely amazing. She brings an intentional and refreshing take on recruitment and shows genuine interest and care in roles she brings to the table, and ensures the role not only matches your needs now, but goals in the future as well. This group is very very lucky to have someone like her!

Pros

If you dedicate the time and grow your client relationships, you have uncapped opportunity to make a decent amount of money. It's a very what you put in you will get out environment. The goals are clear of what you need to hit which is something I like. The people at LaSalle are overall inclusive and easy to get to know. Everyone reaches out very quickly to help set you up for success, take you to lunch and make you feel welcome. Recruiters and sales have a solid relationship overall and work well as partners.

Cons

Your weeks can be up or down and if you aren't highly organized and consistent with strong mental toughness, sales will just be a battle from the start. There is also a ramp up period if you don't come from the industry already that takes time and can be frustrating in the beginning.
