I had a wonderful experience working at Lab Central and was so impressed by the investment and value they place on employee engagement and career development. For someone ambitious there is opportunity to get exposure to many aspects of the business.
Cons
As with any high growth company they experienced some growing pains but have worked on smoothing those out.
