Pros
Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed by management if you stay focused on what you’re supposed to be doing. Employees who strive to improve aspects of their current duties, and deliver quality work that helps the whole team move in the direction of their goals will do very well at Labatt. If you’re good at what you do, you’ll be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and learn different parts of the business. The management team is also dedicated to developing young professionals and teaching them the skills to set them up for a successful career… which is nice when you start your first job out of college and have no idea what you’re doing. Office employees are expected to work 8-5, but that’s what you get paid for so you can’t complain too much about it.
Cons
The vacation plan is hard to get used to the first year, but managers are pretty accommodating to any issues you might have.
