Pros

Fast pace, some interesting technologies and products, some really good people. Can present excellent career opportunities if you find the right fit at the right time, but expect a lot of red tape and counterproductive behavior that is tolerated and part of the culture.

Cons

Horrible leadership, toxic culture, constantly changing priorities, focused mainly on acquisitions. You could burn yourself out trying to get things done while others make a career out of being obstructive and doing whatever they want.

Pros

Business is thriving and employees are very motivated by the mission of preserving and restoring human dignity. Great culture and new members of the Leadership Team.

Cons

The business is moving fast and sometimes those that are 'just' looking for a job are left behind.

Pros

Having the opportunity to meet great people. Not at management level but coworkers etc.

Cons

Management often struggled with communication and employee engagement. The culture felt cliquish at times, creating a "mean girl" atmosphere that could make employees feel excluded rather than supported. Pay was below market compared to similar roles, and turnover appeared to be high. There was often a lack of clear direction, inconsistent communication, and limited collaboration across teams. Employees were frequently left feeling disconnected and unsupported. Respect and recognition for employees could be improved significantly.
