Management is terrible, unwilling to understand any problems and want to fix them, Its the same for everybody. They get more upset with employees talking about problems then the need to fix them so there's a revolving door to staff. You can not plan a life outside work as you don't know how long you'll be working or when next, only on a day to day basics.
