Pros
I've thoroughly enjoyed my tenure here for a few reasons: the people, the product, and the cross functional competency. The SE team is one of the best I've worked on with lots of knowledge in varying areas, a focus on sales methods, and a willingness to assist. The product continues to be built from the ground up. This allows for a more fluid integrated backend. I thank the engineering team for their resilience to build better always. This is the first work environment where I feel I can reach out to anyone at any level and have a candid conversation where we both walk away learning something. The product team is always here to listen and qualify customer demands.
Cons
The last couple years has had it's challenges with folks leaving and the sales team underperforming. There have been times where launches miss there dates. The partner ecosystem could be better and middle management is lacking in leadership skills and energy.
