Pros
-Great benefits. Their insurance is one of the best plans I've ever seen. However, the premiums are going up, but the coverage is still good. -Discounted Cheese. I love getting gourmet cheese for my family at $1.25/lb.
Cons
-They are constantly asking for more, more, more, but don't give you the resources to accomplish the targets. -Management is reactive. -Employees are demoralized because of no work-life balance. Schedules change at the last minute. There is no way to see your schedule until you come to work. A 9 hour day can turn into 10 or 11 while you're at work. If you're salary, forget about having a life. They will run you into the ground with no appreciation or thanks. -Turnover is high because people have options and would rather work for a little less money, but get treated better and not work as much.
