Pros
The team of managers were great to work with. Benefits are in the middle of the road - 401K was really good
Cons
Working in the plant is very difficult. You best be able to bleed cheese if you want to succeed. No work life balance. The site leader waddles in around nine and expects everyone to stay late to listen to him babble on in meetings that last forever. Site leader loves to hear himself talk, which does nothing more than prove how clueless he is on most things he should know after his years of service. Most managers (except the suck up - you know who you are) are fed up with the site leader and only tolerate the endless criticism because they hope he retires soon. There is an endless line of BS about how we want to do things right, but the minute that might affect our daily results, we go right back to the Rube Goldberg school of thought. “Just slap it together - there is a National cheese emergency - wars are going to start because SP did not make cheese!!!!”
